My name is Michael Herrera.

In 2020 I, like a lot of other people, lost my mind (or found it?) and decided to finally figure out what my passion was. I’ve always been creative, though I guess we all are to an extent, but, for some reason or another I was wary of taking that plunge and jumping into a creative career path.

But I knew I needed to change and follow that feeling that was in my heart, so I did. Amidst the humdrum daily reclusive life of the early days of a global pandemic, I downloaded design software on to my old MacBook circa 2012 gifted to me by my legendary partner, and sat in front of YouTube for hours on end trying to learn any new technique I could find.

I started sharing my personal work, and soon my friends and others were noticing and reaching out to share how inspired they were by what I was doing. I still don’t quite understand that, but I do know that their kindness and reactions were what made me realize that this is something that I could do full-time and really be successful at.

Anyway, in the time since I have learned so much and had the pleasure of working professionally with many great people and organizations. And I’d like to keep doing it! So if you are interested, tell me what you want to create and we can chat about it.
